General Project Description

This project, Phase I of the Mureau Road / Round Meadow Landscape and Hardscape Improvements, involves comprehensive landscape and hardscape upgrades. The scope of work includes mobilization, traffic control, and a range of alternate demolition and construction items for paths using PCC, stabilized decomposed granite, and ADA compliant pavers. Key activities include constructing curbs, demolishing and installing rail fencing, installing new spigots and drinking fountain features, demolishing and reinstalling signage foundations and existing landscaping, constructing low garden walls with stone veneer, installing cobbles and landscape boulders, and implementing a new automatic irrigation system.
