Hillsborough Town is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, identified under Solicitation ID: 61236.01300 \40684830.2. Work is to be performed near 1600 Floribunda Ave, Hillsborough, CA 94010, USA in San Mateo County.
General Project Description
The Town of Hillsborough is soliciting proposals for professional landscaping services to maintain various Town-owned properties. The scope of work includes maintaining small, discontinuous sites (e.g., traffic islands, medians, roundabouts), two park sites, one decomposed granite walking path, public utility sites (e.g., tank sites), and other landscaped areas as identified in the RFP Exhibits. The services encompass routine maintenance to ensure the safety, health, water efficiency, and attractiveness of landscaped areas. Key responsibilities include weed, litter, and debris control, shrub and tree pruning, irrigation system inspection, maintenance, and programming, mulch and fertilizer application, plant care, and pest management, all to be conducted in accordance with the Town's Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Policy. Contractors are responsible for complying with Cal/OSHA requirements, Caltrans traffic control procedures, and obtaining necessary permits for work outside routine maintenance.
