General Project Description

This project involves the construction of an Economic Development and Child Support Services Tenant Improvement and ADA Modification Project. The scope includes the redesign and renovation of private and open office areas, ADA modifications to the shared conference room and break room, upgrades to two sets of multi-user restrooms, and two single-user restrooms to meet current code. It also includes the construction of a new multi-use space functioning as a computer lab and meeting area for county commissions and advisory boards. Additional improvements include updating the lobby with ADA-compliant service counters to ensure accessible customer service areas and developing an outdoor meeting space to support programming and community use. The project includes a base bid and several alternates, such as repainting and floor covering replacement in various areas.
