General Project Description
The Imperial County Department of Public Works (ICDPW) is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to provide on-call Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing services. These services will be provided on an as-needed and intermittent basis to assist the County with various assignments for local, state, or federally funded projects, especially during peak workload periods or staffing shortages. The project involves a range of geotechnical and materials testing, design review, and engineering support tasks for County Transportation, Capital Improvement, Grading, Drainage, and Utility projects, functioning as an extension of County staff expertise.
