General Project Description
The Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide design services for a new solid waste transfer station on the Soboba Reservation. The project includes planning, design, and technical specifications for various infrastructure elements such as concrete pads, drive-up ramps, retaining walls, hazardous waste disposal areas, and recyclable material collection points, with a potential modular building with utilities. The scope also involves site investigations, surveying, geotechnical analysis, and computer-aided drafting to support the development of improved waste management facilities for the community.
