General Project Description
This document is a request for licensed contractors to submit their information for inclusion on the City of Industry's list of registered bidders for the 2026 calendar year, in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA) per Public Contract Code §22034. This list allows the City to let public works projects valued at $220,000 or less through informal bidding. Registered contractors will be notified of specific informal bidding opportunities, including project descriptions, locations, and bid submission details, at least 10 days in advance. The scope of work for actual projects will encompass various public works categories.
