General Project Description

This project involves the regional sewer system manhole upgrades for fiscal years 2025/2026. The scope of work includes furnishing, delivering, and installing thirty-nine (39) manhole frames and covers along with associated appurtenances, permitting, and traffic control. Additionally, it requires the reconstruction of existing paving and landscaping affected by the work. The Inland Empire Utilities Agency has pre-purchased the new manhole frames and covers, which the contractor must pick up from IEUA Regional Plant No. 4 in Rancho Cucamonga. The work will be performed at various locations within the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Ontario, and unincorporated San Bernardino County.
