General Project Description
The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for its Detect Repair and Improve Plumbing (DRIP) Program. The program aims to reduce residential water waste and enhance water efficiency for IEUA and its retail water agencies, serving various cities in western San Bernardino County. The selected contractor will be responsible for program administration and implementation, including scheduled site visits to residential properties. Services encompass plumbing fixture evaluations, service line leak detections, pressure tests, repairs, retrofits, and installations of industry-standard, high-efficiency, and EPA WaterSense-approved equipment. The contractor must also provide program tracking, reporting, invoicing, and 90-day participant support, including follow-up site visits.
