General Project Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the procurement and delivery of Plant Mix Asphalt Cold Mix. The project involves supplying 1/2" SC -800 Cold Mix Asphalt material, conforming to 2023 Standard Specifications, State of California, Department of Transportation, for type A Asphalt Concrete. Deliveries are required at specific mixing table locations in Bishop (Sunland Drive), Big Pine (County Road), and Lone Pine (Tuttle Creek Road) between April 1, 2026, and May 15, 2026. Attachments include sample purchase order and drop-off location maps.
