General Project Description

This Request for Proposal is for the procurement and delivery of Plant Mix Asphalt Cold Mix to be supplied to the Inyo County Road Department for use in Tecopa, CA. The material must be 1/2" Type A Asphalt Concrete with SC-800 liquid asphalt binder, conforming to the 2015 California Standard Specifications. The contractor is required to furnish a certificate of compliance upon delivery and replace any material that fails to meet specifications. Delivery is required between April 1, 2026, and May 15, 2026, to specified mixing tables on Furnace Creek Road, Tecopa, CA, with coordination required with the Inyo County Road Department.
