General Project Description

The County of Inyo Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide services for the "Connecting Tecopa: Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Corridor" project. The project involves three primary phases: Project Approval and Environmental Documentation (PAED), Right-of-Way (ROW) support, and Engineering, and Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E). The selected firm will be responsible for preliminary planning, environmental review (NEPA & CEQA), right-of-way support, complete design document preparation, public engagement, and bid and construction support, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
