General Project Description
This project involves the installation of all underground backbone utilities in support of the Cultural Terrace Phase III Utility Improvements. The scope includes the installation of both wet utilities (water, stormwater, fire water, and irrigation) and dry utilities (electrical, communications, EV, and solar-ready conduits, and gas) from utility purveyor tie-in points along Marine Way and Skyhawk. The project also includes other items required within the Special Provisions.
