General Project Description
This project involves comprehensive asphalt paving maintenance for existing bike trails and various parking lots within the City of Irvine. The scope of work includes cold milling of asphalt at consistent depths (up to 2.5 inches and more than 2.5 inches), as well as AC paving for areas under and over 300 tons, encompassing both standard day work and nighttime operations. Additionally, the project includes arterial street AC paving and the provision of operated equipment, such as dump trucks, as extra work items. The contract will be awarded based on unit prices provided by the contractor.
