General Project Description

This project provides comprehensive labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies for landscape maintenance services within the Villages of Turtle Rock and University in Irvine, CA. The scope includes routine, seasonal, and extra work duties focusing on turf care (mowing, aeration, fertilization, renovation), shrub and ground cover care (pruning, weeding, fertilization, mulching), tree care (pruning, staking, support, removal, mulching, bubbler installation), and irrigation system operation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair (flushing, testing, valve/sprinkler replacement, controller maintenance, water management). The contractor must adhere to City Landscape Manual, Standard Plans, and Public Works Integrated Pest Management Policy, ensuring traffic safety, proper disposal of waste, and compliance with leaf blower ordinances.
