General Project Description

This project involves the construction of a parking lot connector in the landscaped area between Parking Lots 6 and 7 within the Great Park. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, demolition of existing concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, installation of AC pavement with new curbing, gutters, and curb ramps, landscape and irrigation, closure of an existing Lot 6 entrance, construction of storm drain inlets and lines with connections to existing infrastructure, installation of site lighting and electrical connections, modification of existing sidewalks, utility adjustments and relocations, along with related signing and striping work. General civil engineering, site work, electrical, and landscaping trades will be involved in this infrastructure improvement project.
