Joshua Basin Water District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, E2-1 RESERVOIR REHABILITATION PROJECT, identified under Solicitation ID: A22203. Work is to be performed near 61750 Chollita Rd, Joshua Tree, CA 92252, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
This public works project involves the rehabilitation of the E2-1 Reservoir. The scope of work includes the installation of a doghouse manway, replacement of the interior ladder, recoating and relining of the tank interior, reconfiguration of the overflow pipe, construction of new inlet/outlet pipe connections with flexible expansion joint and valves, and construction of roof tie-offs for fall protection. Additionally, miscellaneous tank rehabilitation and a water tightness test are required. The project includes general requirements, demolition, earthwork, trenching, backfilling, compaction, grout work, structural steel, metal fabrications, protective coatings, painting, welded steel water tanks, piping components, pipe supports, PVC pipe, steel pipe, valves, and disinfection/pressure testing of piping.
