Jurupa Community Services District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Annual Sewer Repair and Replacement Project – Country Village, identified under Solicitation ID: C255135. Work is to be performed near 10250 Country Club Dr, Mira Loma, CA 91752, USA in Riverside County.
General Project Description
This project involves the annual repair and replacement of the sewer system in the Country Village area. The scope includes furnishing, installing, testing, and operating approximately 3,415 L.F. of new 8- to 12-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC sewer main, associated manholes (MHs), and performing jack and bore for approximately 122 L.F. of 8-inch SDR-35 PVC pipe within 18-inch diameter steel casing. Additional work includes spot repair using fiberglass sectional liner, connecting to existing sewer mains, associated paving, trenching, surface restoration, removal or abandonment of existing sewer mains, reconnection of sewer laterals, and coordination with Country Village Apartments, along with all other necessary labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances for satisfactory completion.
