General Project Description

The Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) is soliciting proposals for professional services to modernize its IT Hardware & Software Platform and datacenter infrastructure. The project aims to enhance business continuity, disaster recovery, reliability, security, and scalability for district operations serving over 140,000 residents. The scope includes a comprehensive assessment of existing systems, design of a modernized, integrated infrastructure platform, procurement coordination, implementation, configuration, and deployment of upgraded hardware and software, migration of existing workloads, comprehensive documentation, extensive knowledge transfer to District staff, and establishment of a managed platform operating model including lifecycle management and support services.
