General Project Description

The Jurupa Unified School District is seeking prequalification for design-build services to perform comprehensive evaluations and upgrades to its existing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) equipment and systems under the California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing, and Efficiency (CalSHAPE) program. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, safety, and performance of HVAC systems. The selected design-build entity will review assessment reports, develop a detailed implementation plan, and then provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and services. Key work includes installation of carbon dioxide monitors, installation of MERV 13 or better filtration for HVAC units, and completion of HVAC Verification Reports and all required CalSHAPE reporting documentation.
