General Project Description

This project involves the complete re-roofing of all buildings at Mira Loma Middle School. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of all existing asphalt shingles with new materials, as well as the coating of all flat roofs and HVAC wells as per the attached roof analysis. The contractor is responsible for all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment as outlined in the bid documents, including environmental protection, dust control, and proper disposal of all demolition and construction waste. The project also requires adherence to specific product and installation guidelines from Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance, for which the contractor must be an authorized installer.
