Jurupa Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, General Contractor Project – Children and Family Services West, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-26-13PD. Work is to be performed near 5520 Lucretia Ave, Mira Loma, CA 91752, USA in Riverside County.
General Project Description
This project involves general contracting services for the Children and Family Services West facility. The scope includes installing one new 48x40 portable office building (furnished by others), installing one existing 36x40 portable building already on-site, furnishing and installing one new shade structure, installing a new parking lot, establishing EV charging infrastructure, and completing various miscellaneous site improvements. The contractor is responsible for all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment. This includes demolition, concrete work, metal fabrications (such as fencing and gates), rough carpentry, panel signage, electrical systems (including fire alarm and structured cabling), HVAC systems, plumbing (potable water irrigation and fixtures), and landscape elements.
