Work is to be performed near W F St, Kerman, CA 93630, USA in Fresno County.

General Project Description

This project involves the expansion of the parking lot at Kerman Floyd Elementary School. The scope includes site preparation, earthwork, and grading, installation of new AC paved parking lot, paved walkways, accessible stalls, and signage, along with new landscape and irrigation improvements. Significant electrical work includes the modification and installation of new electrical and lighting systems, grounding, and lighting control systems. The project also requires the installation of chain-link fences and gates, and new water distribution infrastructure.
