General Project Description
The Little Village RAD LP is seeking proposals for a Sewer-Drain Video Service contract for multiple units located within the Little Village development. The project involves comprehensive video scoping of various sewer and storm drain lines, including under-building main sewer lines, laterals from buildings to site mains, all mains up to the municipal connection point, all vertical stacks (composed of cast iron, steel, copper, or combinations), and main private storm drain lines. The scope also requires identifying the material composition of inspected lines, detailing discovered issues such as blockages, debris, roots, collapsed/broken lines, or improper installations, providing recommendations for solutions to ensure system operation with minimal maintenance for at least 15 years, and furnishing a site map showing the locations of scoped mains, laterals, manholes, cleanouts, and access points.
