General Project Description

This project is a Job Order Contract (JOC), which is a competitively bid, firm-fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract. It involves a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications with established unit prices. The contract is for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction of parking lots, road-related structures, and other facilities. Work will be ordered through the issuance of Job Orders against the contract. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all management, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. The initial maximum value of the contract is $1,000,000, with a term of one year or until the maximum value is expended.
