General Project Description

This project involves the construction of Phase 2A Composite Liner at the Mojave-Rosamond Sanitary Landfill. The work encompasses excavation to liner subgrade, installation of a composite liner, installation of a leachate collection and removal system (LCRS), construction of stormwater facilities, and various other on-site improvements. The successful bidder must complete the work within 200 working days.
