General Project Description

This project involves the restoration of the King City Golf Course, including but not limited to demolition, removal, offsite disposal, grading, compaction, repair, and/or construction of fairways, greens, tee boxes, irrigation systems, golf cart paths, concrete sidewalks, and ramps. The scope also includes the preparation and implementation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, clearing and grubbing, installation of landscape furnishings, chain link fencing, and protective ball screens.
