General Project Description
This project involves general safety improvements including the preparation and construction of left-turn lanes, signing, and striping. It also requires furnishing and installing flashing beacons at various locations throughout the County, specifically at the intersections of Excelsior & 11th Avenue and Excelsior & 13¼ Avenue. The scope includes minor widening of Excelsior and adding new traffic stripping and signage.
