General Project Description

This project involves miscellaneous concrete repairs within the City of La Cañada Flintridge. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for the removal and reconstruction of existing PCC curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway. Work also covers the repair of interlocking pavers within crosswalks, asphalt concrete pavement restoration, landscaping and irrigation system restoration, curb address painting, and curb marking. The contractor is responsible for clean-up, traffic control, adherence to recycling requirements for construction and demolition debris (minimum 65% non-hazardous waste to be recycled or reused), and obtaining necessary permits. All work must be left in an operable and acceptable condition.
