La Mirada City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, SPLASH! LA MIRADA HEATER REPLACEMENT, identified under Solicitation ID: 2025-05. Work is to be performed near 15515 Phoebe Ave, La Mirada, CA 90638, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
This project involves the removal and replacement of existing heaters for the 50-meter Pool, Leisure Pool, and 25-yard Pool at the La Mirada Regional Aquatic Center in the City of La Mirada with new heaters, as per plans. The scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work to provide a fully operational aquatic facility. This encompasses mobilization, temporary safety barricades, demolition and disposal of existing pool boilers, and the purchase and installation of new pool boilers, including startup and commissioning. All work must comply with regulatory permits, applicable codes, and the Contract Documents.
