General Project Description
This project involves the abandonment of an existing pool including partial demolition and backfilling the pool cavity with compacted fill material. Additional scope includes the removal of existing masonry walls, pilasters, and pedestrian gates that provided pool access, as well as the installation of decomposed granite and the replacement of existing metal fencing. All work must be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract provisions, aiming for a neat and presentable final condition. The project is located at the Dune Palms Mobile Estates off Dune Palms Road between Highway 111 and Westward Ho Drive.
