General Project Description

The La Quinta Housing Authority (LQHA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced property management firms to provide comprehensive residential property management services for Dune Palms Mobile Home Estates, a mobile home park located in La Quinta, California. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, ensuring compliance with California mobile home regulations, and fostering a safe and well-maintained environment for residents. The scope includes property maintenance and operations, tenant relations, financial reporting, budget assistance, community engagement, and conflict resolution.
