La Quinta City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Pavement Management Plan (PMP) Update, identified under Solicitation ID: 2025-0. Work is to be performed near 78495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, CA 92253, USA in Riverside County.
General Project Description
The City of La Quinta is seeking proposals from professional engineering firms to update its Pavement Management Plan (PMP). The project's purpose is to determine current pavement conditions across the City's street network, develop prioritized maintenance and rehabilitation schedules, conduct life-cycle analysis, and create annual Capital Improvement Program schedules. The scope includes a citywide visual survey of pavement sections, accurate area adjustments including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and storm water inlets. Field data collection will use GIS technology, integrating with the City's ESRI ArcGIS database. The Consultant will review and update existing right-of-way shape files, add any missing segments, and link them to the GIS program. Key deliverables include PCI reports, condition distribution by functional class, network and project level budgets, a five-year maintenance and rehabilitation plan, compiled reports in PDF, Word, and Excel formats, AutoCAD documents, GIS files, and a presentation of findings to City management and Council.
