General Project Description

This project involves the construction of a restriping project for the City of Lafayette. The scope includes mobilization, preparation and implementation of a water pollution control plan, traffic control, temporary traffic signage and delineation, removal and disposal of existing striping lines, legends, and markers. Additionally, the project requires the removal of vegetation around existing striping and curb painting, temporary layout, spotting, and tracking. It also involves the protection of utilities boxes and valves within re-painting limits, installation of new traffic thermoplastic striping lines, legends, and reflective markers, and curb painting along with other miscellaneous work as described in the Plans and Specifications.
