General Project Description

The project generally involves the demolition of existing roadway and sidewalk improvements, and the construction of a pedestrian promenade. This includes brick paving, decomposed granite, lighting, audio-visual systems, drainage improvements, a water feature, landscaping, and irrigation within the City of Laguna Beach. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
