General Project Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and transportation to demolish and dispose existing curb ramps; construct curb ramps, spandrels, sidewalk, and curb and gutter as located in Appendix A and listed in Appendix B of these Specifications. All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days, not including material procurement, from the date of the Notice to Proceed with Construction Activities, anticipated to start in January 2026.
