General Project Description

This project involves the procurement and supply of major mechanical equipment for the WWPS 11 Pre-Engineered Pump Station. The scope includes furnishing, testing, delivering, providing start-up, manuals, and warranties for a pre-engineered fiberglass pump station and a pre-engineered fiberglass valve vault, along with all associated components and internal piping, in accordance with specifications.

Quantity: 1 Unit: Lump Sum Work Item: Flygt Pre-Engineered Fiberglass Pump Station, Specifications: 5' dia. x 11' 8" depth, self-cleaning bottom, anti-flotation flange, exterior UV protection coating on top 24", 3" Cl discharge base elbow, 3" SS discharge piping w/ 12" external plain end, influent line wall penetration hub (up to 2-6" PVC) w/link seal, (1) 3" & (1) 1-1/4" sealing conduit hubs for elec, SS guide rail system, SS cable holder, Green Urethane Coated Flygt Safe-Hatch alum pedestrian rated w/ safety grate, SS hardware & 4" vent coupling.
Quantity: 1 Unit: Lump Sum Work Item: Flygt Pre-Engineered Fiberglass Valve Vault, Specifications: 5' diameter, 8' depth. FRP Valve Vault basin. 3" SS internal piping. Pedestrian loading rated with integral SafeHatch access cover with slam lock and recessed padlock. Two (2) swing check valves. (3") Two (2) cast iron 1/4- turn plug type isolation valves. (3") Internal piping with plain ends finished 12" outside of Valve Vault and factory installed, sealed wall penetrations. Green urethane lid coating.
