General Project Description

The Lake Elsinore Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide wide area network (WAN) services, specifically leased lit fiber or leased dark fiber solutions, for its twenty-four schools and operational facilities. The project involves special construction, which includes the design, engineering, and project management of network facilities, as well as the physical installation of new fiber to connect eligible service locations to the district hub site. The selected vendor will also be responsible for installing and configuring network equipment, adhering to specified service level agreements (SLAs), and providing comprehensive documentation and site restoration. The contract will have an initial term of three (3) years with options for two (2) additional one-year extensions, not to exceed five (5) years in total.
