General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of existing sidewalks, AC pavement, and curb and gutter at various locations within the City of Lake Forest. The scope also includes tree root pruning, unclassified excavation and fill, cold milling of existing pavement, adjustments to street lighting and traffic signal pull boxes, installation of traffic striping and pavement markings, traffic signs, monument preservation, and repair/replacement of damaged landscaping and irrigation systems. All work must comply with Greenbook, Caltrans, ADA standards, and local ordinances.
