General Project Description
The City of Lake Forest is seeking input through this Request for Information (RFI) from qualified planning, landscape architecture, and related consulting firms. The RFI aims to gather conceptual design ideas, planning-level cost ranges, and public outreach strategies for potential park and public-realm improvements along Maryvine Street within Project Area 3 of the Southwest Lake Forest Neighborhood Improvement Initiative. The project explores three alternatives: maintaining the existing street configuration, implementing a "Flex-Park Concept" with removable elements for temporary closures, or a "Full Passive Park Conversion" with walking trails and passive recreation amenities. The RFI will inform the scope, phasing, and outreach for a future Request for Proposal (RFP).
