Lake County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Lake County Tribal Transportation Needs and Engineered Feasibility Study, identified under Solicitation ID: -. General Project Description

This project involves a comprehensive study to identify, prioritize, and plan improvements for tribal transportation networks within and adjacent to native lands in the Lake County region. The scope includes data collection and review of existing conditions, public outreach to tribal communities to gather input on transportation needs and concerns, and the development of a methodology to analyze and prioritize identified projects based on safety, traffic, costs, and constructability. The consultant will also prepare conceptual designs (30% level) for top-priority projects, estimate costs, identify potential funding sources, and produce a final Engineered Feasibility Study report and presentations to tribal councils and the Lake Area Planning Council. The project aims to complement existing Tribal Transportation plans and assist with grant applications for future projects.
