General Project Description

The project involves infrastructure reinvestment and renewal at the Palms Park Community Center due to its age and condition. The work includes the renovation of an existing public building and parking lot, an addition of a new ADA Compatible restroom, removal of existing outdoor patio and replacement with additional indoor space, path of travel improvements, storefront and other exterior siding improvements, flooring and ceiling renovation, asbestos abatement, roof replacement, HVAC system replacement, new fire sprinkler system installation, electrical improvements, lighting upgrades, and office renovation.
