General Project Description
This project involves updating the District's existing potable water hydraulic model (WaterGEMS) and creating a new sewer system hydraulic model for the Joint Powers Authority (JPA). The scope includes project management and coordination, comprehensive data collection and review, hydraulic model development, calibration, scenario development, and the preparation of detailed modeling reports for both the potable water and sewer systems. The models will be used for evaluating fire flow, sewer capacity, capital improvements projects, infiltration and inflow (I&I) analysis, and assessing the impact of new facilities like the PureWater Project and stormwater diversions within the service area of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, and Westlake Village.
