General Project Description

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call construction management and inspection services for multiple capital improvement projects (CIPs) throughout its service area, which includes Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, and Westlake Village. The scope includes pre-construction activities (site visits, document review), onsite construction management and inspection (including progress monitoring, deviation reporting, photographic records), coordination with District inspectors, enforcement of contract requirements, punch list establishment, and various specialty inspections (concrete, electrical, welding, paving, coating, structural). The consultant is also responsible for record-keeping and invoicing individual CIP projects.
