General Project Description
The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for engineering design services for the Equestrian Tank Rehabilitation Project. This project aims to rehabilitate and upgrade a 4.2 MG potable water storage reservoir in Westlake Village. The scope includes reviewing existing inspection reports, conducting a site inspection, preparing plans and specifications for interior/exterior rehabilitation and site improvements, and providing bidding and construction support services. The design will integrate necessary security upgrades such as conduit for security cameras, electronic locks (installation by others), security fence upgrades, and lighting upgrades. The consultant will also develop an opinion of probable construction costs at various design milestones and create a bid schedule with measurement and payment specifications.
