General Project Description

This project involves the completion of work at TTHM Treatment Stations 7 and 11 in Lemoore, California. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to perform comprehensive assessments, execute punchlist items for various systems (Pre-Treatment, GAC/IOX Vessels, Caustic Unit, Brine Maker, Local Control Panels, Sulfuric Acid Unit, Ozone System, Chiller Unit, Raw Water, Post-Treatment & Arsenic Brine Treatment, EQ Tank), perform GAC media regeneration and replacement, implement hazard communication labeling, conduct wet testing, and undertake facility startup, commissioning, and demonstration. Additive bid items include furnishing and installing specific analyzers and replacing IOX resin media and arsenic adsorption vessel resins. The work requires coordination with the City and specialized utility services personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards for water treatment facilities.
