General Project Description

The City of Lindsay is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide on-call civil engineering services for Fiscal Years 2025-26 through 2027-28, with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods (totaling five years). The scope of work encompasses civil engineering, land surveying, and construction management/administration for both private development projects and the City's Capital Improvement Projects, including State- and federally-funded initiatives. The selected consultant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from project design, bidding, and construction oversight, to general technical assistance, grant writing, environmental review (CEQA/NEPA), and traffic engineering, ensuring compliance with City standards and all pertinent State and Federal regulations.
