General Project Description
The City of Lindsay is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for professional services related to the Seven Critical Facilities Backup Generators Project (Phase 1). This phase involves environmental documentation, permitting, and 90% design submittals for installing emergency backup generators at seven critical City facilities. The work includes civil/electrical design (site and grading plans for generator pads and enclosures, electrical design for generator integration, fuel system and utility coordination, project specifications, and cost estimates), structural/mechanical design (generator pad foundation, enclosure/housing design, ancillary mechanical elements), utility coordination, and comprehensive permitting support. The project is funded under the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP DR -4482-618-22F).
