Livermore City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, WRP SCADA Network Replacement, identified under Solicitation ID: Project 2021 -29. Work is to be performed near 101 W Jack London Blvd, Livermore, CA 94551, USA in Alameda County.
General Project Description
This project involves the replacement of the WRP's SCADA network infrastructure and the installation of backup battery systems at two remote sites (Doolan and Dalton Water Reservoir sites). The work includes modifications to the communication infrastructure around the facility, such as installation of duct banks, raceways, communication panels, fiber optic cable, fiber management panels, copper communication cabling, and demolition of communication cables. The Contractor is also responsible for coordinating with the City and other parties for procuring, configuring, and testing Ethernet infrastructure, and for cutover and communications testing. The project includes electrical work, trenching, earthwork, aggregate base, asphalt paving, and curbs, gutters, and sidewalks as part of the exterior improvements, ensuring minimal interference with existing WRP operations.
