General Project Description

This project involves the remediation of PCE/TCE soil vapor at 212 West Pine Street. The scope includes the removal of approximately 7,100 square feet of concrete slab and 200 cubic yards of PCE-contaminated soil. A passive sub-slab depressurization system (SSDS) will be installed, a sub-slab vapor barrier will be placed, and the concrete slab will be replaced with polished concrete within the building. Exterior remediation immediately south of the building entails removing concrete and asphalt, contaminated soil, installing a vertical vapor barrier (trench dam), and other related improvements. Interior wall drywall repair and painting are also required.
