General Project Description

This project involves the pavement rehabilitation of various streets within the City of Loma Linda, specifically Auto Plaza Dr., Coloma St., Curtis St., and State St. The scope of work includes mobilization and traffic control, placement of Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM), adjustment of sewer manhole frames and water valve covers to grade, cold milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement, and the removal and replacement of existing pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete spandrels. Additionally, new pavement markings and traffic stripes, including "STOP" bars and "DIP AHEAD" legends, will be installed. The work will primarily involve asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete applications, adhering to relevant standard specifications.
